¡Hola! My name is Maureen McPherson and this is my seventh year teaching Spanish, and my fifth year teaching at Pleasantdale Elementary School. Keep reading to find out some fun facts about me!

Mrs. McPherson's Background:

I received my B.A. in Spanish Education from Augustana College with a minor in Latin American Studies. I also have a Master of Arts in the Teaching of Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I studied abroad in Cuenca, Ecuador and have visited over 10 countries. Each Friday I email my weekly news (noticias) so you can find out what your son or daughter is doing in class.
